Who We Are

Sueño Del Mar Surf School ("we", "us", "our") is a surf school based in Taghazout, Anza & Tamraght, Agadir, Morocco. We offer surf lessons, yoga sessions, cooking classes, and surf & stay packages along the Moroccan Atlantic coast.

Data We Collect

We only collect information you actively provide to us. This includes:

• Contact form: your full name, email address, phone number, selected plan, and message.
• WhatsApp / direct messages: any personal details you share when messaging us directly.
• Email correspondence: content of emails you send to our address.

We do not collect payment card details, government IDs, or sensitive personal data. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your booking inquiry or question.
• Confirm and manage your reservation.
• Send relevant pre-arrival or post-lesson information.
• Improve our services based on your feedback.

We will never use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

• EmailJS — our contact form uses EmailJS to deliver your message to our inbox. EmailJS processes submissions on our behalf under their privacy policy .
• Legal obligation — if required by Moroccan law or a court order, we may be required to disclose your data.

No other third parties receive your personal data.

Data Retention

We retain your contact details only as long as necessary to fulfil your booking and answer follow-up questions — typically no longer than 12 months after your last interaction with us.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us (see Section 10).

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service.

The only external resources loaded are Font Awesome (styles only) and Google Fonts. Neither sets tracking cookies or collects your browsing activity.

Our website is served over HTTPS, ensuring all data transmitted between your browser and our site is encrypted. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access.

No internet transmission is 100% secure. If you have concerns, you are welcome to contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead.
