Agreement to Terms
By booking a lesson, package, or any service with Sueño Del Mar surf School — whether through our contact form, WhatsApp, email, or in person — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all participants, including those booking on behalf of minors or groups. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir.

Bookings & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your inquiry and our written confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or phone. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
- Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are per person unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment is typically collected on the day of the lesson, or upon arrival for multi-day packages, unless otherwise agreed.
- Group bookings of 5 or more participants may require a deposit to secure your date.
- All prices include board and wetsuit hire unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

| 24 – 48 hours before session | 50% refund or free reschedule |
| Less than 24 hours before session | No refund (credit note may apply) |
| No-show without notice | No refund |
If we cancel your session due to unsafe conditions or instructor unavailability, you will receive a full refund or free reschedule — your choice.
⚠️ Non-refundable deposits for group bookings are clearly communicated at time of booking and are exempt from the above policy.

Weather & Ocean Conditions
Surfing is an outdoor, ocean-based activity. Conditions can change rapidly. Sueño Del Mar Surf School reserves the right to:
- Reschedule or cancel any session if conditions are deemed unsafe by our instructors.
- Change the surf location to a more suitable spot on the day.
- Adjust lesson content based on actual wave and weather conditions.
Our instructors' decision on safety matters is final. Morocco enjoys excellent surf conditions year-round, but we always prioritise your safety above all else.

Health & Safety
Surfing carries inherent physical risks. By booking with us, you confirm that:
- You (or the participant) are in good physical health and able to swim at least 50 metres unaided.
- You have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities that could affect participation.
- You will follow all instructions given by our instructors at all times.
- You will not participate if under the influence of alcohol or any substance.
⚠️ Minors (under 18): A parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form before the lesson begins. Minors must have a responsible adult present at the beach at all times.

Liability Waiver
Sueño Del Mar Surf School, its instructors, and staff are not liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death arising from participation in any activity, except where caused by our proven negligence.
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings before, during, or after a session.
- Injuries resulting from a participant's failure to follow instructor guidance.
- Acts of nature, ocean hazards, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We carry professional liability insurance for all lessons conducted by our certified instructors. Participants may be asked to sign a waiver on arrival for certain activities.

Participant Conduct
We expect all participants to treat instructors, other students, and the ocean environment with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant — without refund — if they:
- Engage in aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour toward instructors or other participants.
- Deliberately damage equipment.
- Fail to follow safety instructions after being warned.
- Are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of substances.

Photography & Media
We may photograph or film surf sessions for use on our website and social media. By participating, you consent to Sueño Del Mar Surf School using such media for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us before your session. We will fully respect your preference.
Participants may not use images featuring our instructors for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For significant changes, we will notify customers with active bookings directly.
